Orlando Pirates will face a weakened Uganda Revenue Authority side on Saturday, when they travel to the Mandela National Stadium for their second leg CAF Confederation Cup clash.
Bucs CAF Premutations against URA
According to reports from the Daily Monitor, the Tax Collectors will once again be without their top talisman and leading goal-scorer, Robert Ssentongo who missed the first leg clash played at Orlando Stadium, due to a two-match suspension following a straight red card he picked up in the preliminary stages of the competition in Namboole.
Ssentongo is one of five key players who are said to be possibly unavailable for the Ugandans as midfielder Oscar Agba, Peter Lwasa, Deogratius Othieno, and attacker Frank Kalanda could miss the second leg clash which will be played this coming Saturday, 4 April.
URA will need to overturn the 2-1 deficit by winning the match with a score-line of at least 1-0, however without their top marks man, Ssentongo, who has scored three of their five goals in the competition, their chances of progression have taken a serious knock.
Pirates CAF preparations On track
Meanwhile, the Buccaneers are set to depart for Uganda on Thursday, 2 April at 14h00 from the OR Tambo international airport.
