Pirates' CAF Game Could Face TV Blackout

Pirates' CAF Game Could Face TV Blackout
News filtering through to the Siya crew is that Orlando Pirates' CAF Confederation Cup fixture against CF Mounana this weekend will in all likelihood not be televised.   Manyisa: Time To Fight On In Africa   The Buccaneers will be in action against their unknown Gabonese counterparts at Stade Augustin Monédan de Sibang, however the Bucs faithful will be disappointed to learn that the fixture might unfortunately not feature on Mzansi's local screens.    A Soccer Laduma source at the Mayfair club told the Siya crew that they haven't received any TV programme or indication that the game will be televised.   "As of now we can't give the South African supporters the wrong impression that the game will be on TV. There is no TV information from our opponents in Gabon. We have to wait and see what happens when we arrive in Gabon, but as far as we are concerned there is no game on TV come Sunday," the source said.   The Parktown outfit depart later today for Gabon at 14h55, with their expected time of arrival being 18:55.
