Pirates are in Uganda where they are set to take on Uganda Revenue Authority, who they beat 2-1 in their first leg tie at Orlando Stadium.
And the Pirates skipper told the Siya crew that they know the Ugandan side will be wanting to change the result but the only result the team wants is a win.
He said that they just want to go out there today and score an early goal which will unsettle their opponents.
"The only result that we should get from here is a win. We need to win and advance in this tournament,' Manyisa said.
"We want to go all the away until the finals and to do that we have to win today. Everyone in the team is pumped up to win and the spirit I'm the camp is high."
