Gor Mahia's Trip To SuperSport United Is Still In Jeopardy

Gor Mahia's Trip To SuperSport United Is Still In Jeopardy
There is some drama surrounding SuperSport United's CAF Confederation Cup clash this week, with Gor Mahia still not in the country ahead of tomorrow's encounter.   The Kenyan giants have a 1-0 lead going into tomorrow's second leg tie but had to postpone their flight due to an issue with visas and money. It was reported in Mahia's home country earlier this week that they may face the wrath of CAF for not pitching up for the game if they did not sort things out on time.    Read: Could Reyaad Pieterse Go To Kaizer Chiefs?   Now though, it appears that K'Ogalo's CEO, Omondi Aduda, is optimistic that they will be able to get to South Africa in time to play their game against Matsatsantsa.   Aduda told Kenya's Goal.com, "We have tentatively set our departure to South Africa at 8 pm today. The government is yet to give us air tickets for the trip but we are working to sort out the issue. We don't know who is telling the truth.   "The government says they had given FKF money for our tickets but when we ask FKF they say they never received any sum of money from Government.   "We don't want to face CAF sanctions by missing the match and remember we also have a good advantage going into the reverse fixture. We will do our best to make the trip to South Africa."   Aduda also confirmed that both Jacques Tuyisenge (who scored in the first leg) and Ephraim Guikan were denied visas and that they are still trying to sort out Francis Kahata's situation.   The two teams are due to lock horns at Lucas Moripe Stadium tomorrow evening at 19h00.
