Sundowns are still making their run in the current Champions League campaign and will be hosting the Tunisians at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Friday.
However, Sundowns injury list continues to grow, according to CAF's official website and Mosimane will be without the services of Hlompho Kekana, Khama Billiat as well as Anthony Laffor when they take on Esperance on Friday.
"The home side will be looking at carrying on from where they left off in DR Congo but will have to do so without some of their key players. Midfield dynamo, Hlompho Kekana, is out injured just as star player, Khama Billiat and Liberia-import, Anthony Laffor," CAF confirmed on their official website.
Sundowns and Esperance are currently joint at the top of the group standings, however, maximum points for the CAF Champions League winners in the upcoming encounter will put Sundowns in a comfortable position before they travel away to the Tunisians home ground later in June.
