Initially, Esperance and Pirates had been scheduled to play at 21h00 on Tuesday. However, the match has since been brought forward to a 14h00 kick-off (15h00 in South Africa) at the Stade El Menzah in Tunis on Tuesday.
Speaking to the media after Saturday's Soweto Derby against Kaizer Chiefs, Sredojevic explained how his team plans to approach the match in Tunis in the short time they have to prepare.
"Regarding travelling to Tunisia, it is very important that without being blame shifters and excuse makers about this match, this match (Soweto Derby) takes so many emotions in human beings. When you give everything for one match it's hard to go into the next match. But believing in what we are doing, believing in the players that we are having, I can assure you that we shall squeeze them like lemon…last drop out of them on Tuesday to represent the country in the best way to get the best that can get us the results that can keep us in contention for the quarter-finals of the Champions League, prior to the last matches next month," Sredojevic told the media.

"It is a bit unfortunate that we had planned for nine in the evening to play, but after seeing that we were playing Chiefs, they changed the time of the start of the game. We accept that. We are travelling, looking to recover, looking to have last training session there and to play the match with the highest ambition," added the Serbian mentor.
