Denis Onyango: 6/10   Onyango did not have much to do for most of the match, although he made a fine one-on-one save in the opening 10 minutes to deny  Malango.   Wayne Arendse: 6/10   Arendse was solid throughout the match. His anticipation was good considering that Sundowns were playing a high line for most of the encounter.   Ricardo Nascimento: 6.5/10   Apart from the penalty he scored that gave Sundowns the win, Nascimento had a shaky performance in the heart of the defence and he was lucky not to be punished for an error his committed in the first half.   Thapelo Morena: 6/10   Morena seems to enjoying the full-back role and he had a good game going forward, but was caught out of position on a couple of occasions.   Tebogo Langerman: 7/10   Langerman was solid on the left-back and he had his timing spot on every time he had to make overlapping runs.   Anthony Laffor: 6/10   Laffor had a good game and gave the Mazembe defence trouble, most notably in the second half, although he did squander a big chance midway through the second stanza.   Themba Zwane: 5/10   Zwane drifted in and out of the game. He was anonymous in the first-half, although he was livelier in the second stanza before he was replaced.   Tiyani Mabunda: 8/10   Mabunda was outstanding tonight. He broke up the Mazembe attacks quietly and initiated attacks for Sundowns. He packs a great engine and gave the attacking players platform to play.   Percy Tau: 7/10   Tau was effective in the number 10 role. He opened the opposition defence on numerous occasions. His small frame gave the Mazembe defence a hard time.   Hlompho Kekana: 7/10   Kekana had a good game. He was complemented brilliantly by his midfield partner Mabunda. The midfield duo controlled the match superbly.   Khama Billiat: 7/10   Billiat had a good game as the lone striker.
