Kekana was not included in Sundowns' squad for their final 2016/17 Absa Premiership encounter against Highlands Park last weekend, May 27, after the player presumably sustained an injury.
Although it was confirmed earlier this week on CAF's official website that the skipper will sit out today's CAF Clash against Esperance, Soccer Laduma has since been informed that Kekana will be available to face the Tunisians in their group C encounter in the CAF Champions League.
However, it has also been confirmed that striker, Yannick Zakri will be watching from the stands this evening, due to suspension.
Zakri scored his first CAF Champions League goal for Sundowns last week, May 24, when the Brazilians claimed a 3-1 win over AS Vita Club, to move to the top of group standings, joint at the number one spot with Esperance.
Head Coach Mosimane will look to go into the encounter with all guns blazing, as claiming three points against Esperance will put the Tshwane giants in a comfortable position when they travel away to the Tunisian side.
