Hunt was quick to point out the stature of the game as they prepare for the tie over the weekend, mentioning the size of the club they're facing. Ahly have won the CCL and CAF Confederation Cup a total of nine times over the years, as well as a record six CAF Super Cups. He told the Siya crew, "It's a massive game, we're playing against the biggest club in Africa. It'd be huge for us to get into the group stages. We've got a lot to do, but we just want to win the game. If we can do that then we'll be proud. We have to be confident, we have to try and do something." The Wits coach also spoke highly of their opponents after the first leg, admitting that they showed their experience in Egypt. He said, "I thought the first 60 minutes we were well in it, but once they scored they showed their experience and kept the ball well. I felt like we could've nicked an away goal, but they're a good side. Meanwhile, Hunt spoke of his disappointment at Thulani Hlatshwayo's absence through suspension, saying, "It's a huge blow for us to have Tyson suspended, huge. Obviously he's a good header of the ball, and they're very good on the restarts." James Keene, Hunt added, is also doubtful for the encounter. Wits host Ahly at 15h30 on Sunday afternoon.
