Pitso Mosimane and Gavin Hunt would make a good coaching combination for Bafana Bafana, according to a top football agent, if the South African national team were to make technical team changes at some point.
With his experience from having previously coached Bafana, Mosimane would be more succesful with Hunt working alongside him as co-coaches, according to Mohammed Lawal who is a renowned football intermediary, if SAFA were to make coaching changes post current coach Molefi Ntseki's time.

"If I were to advise on how to take South Africa forward in the future, I would combine Pitso and Gavin Hunt. They are two top local coaches who have done a lot for South African football. If you can manage to get those two coaches to work together in the team, no one can stop that team," said Lawal.

"One (Hunt) is a master in aerial tactics, while the other (Mosimane) is a typical South African coach who wants his players to play the ball on the ground. The combination of these two coaches would make for a successful team. Why can't they work together as co-coaches of the national team?" he said.

"Look at Bafana and you will notice that the defence is usually made up of players from Wits, and when it comes to midfield it's usually players from Sundowns. Who is coaching those players? Imagine these coaches coaching these players at the same time in the national team. Also, Pitso has coached the national team before and he has the experience, and that would be an advantage," Lawal told the Siya crew.
