Footballers all over the Premier Soccer League have been sending messages to the nation in the current lockdown period.
South Africa is currently on day five of the national lockdown due to the COVID-19 outbreak, which has infected over one thousand people across the country.
The domestic season was suspended earlier in March prior to the lockdown, with Bafana Bafana also having to postpone their AFCON qualifiers which was initially scheduled for this month.

Speaking to the South African Football Association, Bafana and Bidvest Wits captain Thulani Hlatshwayo has urged the nation to continue following the rules.
"We are urging everyone to stay at home as we are lockdown and make sure that we follow all the procedures that we need to. Everybody needs to go back to our normal lives, our kids need to go to school and we need to go to work but we can only fight this if we stay at home."
