Bafana Bafana assistant coach Helman Mkhalele has announced a preliminary squad for the Cosafa Cup.
Mkhalele is set to take charge of the team for the competition that will take place from June 26 to July 7 and he has included some of the players who were in good form during the past PSL season.

Bafana, who are the hosts, have been drawn into Group A with Mozambique, Eswatini and Botswana. Group B consists of Zambia, the Comoros, Zimbabwe and a team yet to be confirmed, while Angola, Namibia, Lesotho and Seychelles are in Group C.
Mkhalele has included Chiefs youngsters Samkelo Zwane, Mduduzi Shabalala and Mfundo Vilakazi, while Orlando Pirates' Relebohile Mofokeng also features.
The assistant coach is expected to trim the squad down in the coming days before the start of the competition.
