A Bafana Bafana star has made a desperate plea for help as he becomes more concerned about his future with his club.
As reported by the Siya crew, Bafana midfielder Ayanda Patosi is currently in Mzansi after he decided on a temporary return home as a result of the disturbances caused by the Coronavirus pandemic in sports worldwide.
The former Cape Town City player is plying his trade at Foolad in Persian Gulf Pro League, having joined the club in January from United Arab Emirates outfit FC Baniyas.
The 27-year-old is now worried that due to the lockdown regulations in Mzansi he might not be able to return to his club on time, as some league abroad plan to resume with their respective programmes.
"Does this mean international flights are prohibited (on) level 3? What about those who work outside of the country? Do we need some sort of authorization from the government to go back to work? Please help, I might need to go back to work in a few days," said Patosi on Twitter after President Cyril Ramaphosa's address to the nation last night on South Africa's ongoing measures to manage the spread of the COVID-19.
