The South African senior national team's Africa Cup of Nations preparations have been dealt a huge blow, following the confirmation that midfielder Keagan Dolly has been ruled out of the tournament.
Following last week's confirmation that Dolly had been forced out of Bafana Bafana's COSAFA Cup squad due to an injury, team doctor Thulani Ngwenya has now confirmed that the former Mamelodi Sundowns star has also been ruled out for the AFCON.

"He is completely out of the AFCON. There is no chance that his groin injury will recover in time," said Ngwenya, as quoted on SAFA's official website.
Bafana gathered today to get their AFCON preparations underway under head coach Stuart Baxter, as well as Molefi Ntseki and Andre Arendse.
