It was announced that coach Stuart Baxter was named the Absa Premiership Coach of the Month, after winning 5 out of 5 in the PSL thus far.
After receiving the award, Baxter gave credit to his second in command, his right hand man, Doctor Khumalo.
'Doc', as he is affectionately known, is the motivational factor and the driving force behind the team in the dressing room. Sir Baxter felt it was only natural to pass the award to the man beside him.
It is encouraging to see Baxter give that kind of credit to his assistant. This just reiterates the fact that the coach is one of the best 'man-managers' in the league.
This will no doubt motivate '16v' to work even harder and boost the overall morale of the team even more.
