Robin Ngalande expected more from Baroka after Limpopo derby draw against Polokwane City

Robin Ngalande expected more from Baroka after Limpopo derby draw against Polokwane City

Baroka FC's Robin Ngalande

Robin Ngalande feels both himself and Baroka FC could have done more against Polokwane but was ultimately happy to settle for a point.   Read: All square in Limpopo derby   Malawi international Ngalande had given Bakgaga the lead after 11 minutes at Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday, only for Rodney Ramagalela to equaliser form the penalty spot midway through the first-half.   The scores would remain that way for the remainder of the match, despite plenty of chances for both sides, and Ngalande admits more should have been expected by Baraka, even if they were happy to settle for a point.   Read: Limpopo Derby In Numbers   "Partially happy," he told the media after the game when asked to rate his own performance. "I think I can still do more, the team can do more, and I look forward to the remaining games to doing more and contributing even more.   "But I wouldn't say I'm very happy, I know I can do better."   When asked about Baroka's failure to kill the game off after taking the lead, Ngalande said: "I think we had a number of chances in the first-half but [we weren't] able to capitalise on that and hurt them.   "They [Polokwane City] also have a good team, they prepared [well] for us, that's why maybe we couldn't really kill them [off]."
