One of the candidates in the running for the FC Barcelona presidency is reportedly keen on bringing Real Madrid's Sergio Ramos to Camp Nou.

The unnamed candidate allegedly wants to use Ramos' name as a drawing card to get votes at the election next month, according to Sport.
However, the news could also be a tricky transfer manouvre by Ramos' brother and agent Rene.
Ramos has reportedly been in ongoing contract negotiations with Los Blancos president Florentino Perez, but both sides are yet to agree on a new deal.
The centre-back still has two years remaining on his current deal, but reportedly wants to double his salary of €5 million.
A similar strategy was used by Perez himself when he promised to sign Luis Figo from Barcelona in his campaign against Joan Gaspart back in 2000 and bought him for a world-record fee once he was elected.

Ramos is not the only name used for campaigning by presidential candidates, after Agusti Benedito confirmed he sounded out Paul Pogba.
Benedito and former club secretary Toni Freixa have already declared they will run for presidency, while Josep Maria Bartomeu and former Catalan chief Joan Laporta are yet to declare their candidacy.
