According to Diario AS, the Blaugrana are close to completing the signing of Colombian defender Yerry Mina.
The 23-year-old Palmeiras centre back has been linked with the club in the past few transfer windows, and they will now reportedly sign him for about €9 million (R144 million).
It is believed the defender could join the Catalan club in January, during which they could lose Argentina defender Javier Mascherano too.
Barca have reportedly given directors Pep Segura and Robert Fernandez permission to negotiate terms with the Colombian defender.
Although Palmeiras and Barca reached an agreement over the transfer a while ago, manager Ernesto Valverde has apparently now given his thumbs up on the deal.
