The match gets underway at 15h00.
The Rockets only need a point from the home encounter to ensure their top-eight status while Amakhosi need all three points.
Galaxy played to a goalless draw against Stellenbosch on Wednesday after beating Orlando Pirates 1-0 last weekend.
Chiefs, meanwhile, twice came from behind to beat Golden Arrows 3-2 on Wednesday thanks to a Lebogang Manyama hat-trick.
Amakhosi currently sit ninth on the table but a win to finish off the campaign will see them end eighth on goal-difference.
