While the Argentine is likely to have say in Saturday night's clash, Karim Benzema could have the same effect as the Frenchman has notched up 18 league goals this season, which included some important goals over the past few weeks.
Los Blancos have been hit with injuries in defence, with Sergio Ramos and Raphael Varane, although the former's individual battle with Messi will be missed and it could have been there last as both stars could be free agents at the end of the season.
