Carlo Ancelotti, Real Madrid Named Best Club Coach And Team In 2014.

The International Federation of Football History and Statistics have announced that Carlo Ancelotti and his team were the best in the business for 2014.

Ancelotti was awarded the Best Club Coach of the Year award for the second time - the Italian last won back in 2007 when he was coaching his former club AC Milan.

Ronaldo To Snub Man Utd For Brazil?

After an amazing year at Real, Ancelotti delivered Los Blancos' 10th Champions League trophy as well as the UEFA Super Cup, FIFA Club World Cup and the Copa del Rey.

The IFFHS has been in charge of ranking teams since 1991, and this has been calculated by adding all the match results from all official competitions in the world.

The team, coached by Ancelotti, reached the best score ever in the Club World Ranking with a total of 381 points - surpassing the former record by Juventus, which was 372 points.

The Spanish giants have really cleaned up at the IFFHS awards, with Cristiano Ronaldo being awarded Best Goalscorer and Toni Kroos being named the World's Best Playmaker.
