2018 FIFA World Cup, semi-finals
Teams: Croatia vs England
Date: 11 July 2018
Time: 20:00
Venue: Luzhniki Stadium
The two countries have met once before in a major tournament, at Euro 2004, when the Three Lions beat the Croatians 4-2 in group stage game.
This fixture will be the eighth meeting overall between these two European nations, with England having won four times, Croatia twice and one fixture ending in a draw, according to BBC Sports.
Dalic's side are playing in their second World Cup semi-final, their first coming at France 1998, which was also their debut tournament.
England, however, are heading into their third semi-final. Their first was a 2-1 win over Portugal in 1966, and the second was the penalty shootout defeat to West Germany in 1990.
Interestingly, the English have not beaten two European nations in a single World Cup since 1982, when they beat the old Czechoslovakia and France.
Here is how the teams will line up:
Croatia: Subasic, Vrsaljko, Lovren, Vida, Strinic, Rakitic, Brozovic, Modric, Perisic, Rebic, Mandzukic.
England: Pickford; Stones, Maguire, Walker; Trippier, Henderson, Alli, Lingard, Young; Sterling, Kane.
