The Frenchman, who could become the first manager to win three successive Champions League trophies, opted to call up his whole squad for the trip to Kyiv.
Zidane called up 23 players, including all his superstars as well as his son Luca, who made his first-team debut last weekend.
Luca could become Zidane's second son to walk away with a UCL winner's medal after his eldest son, Enzo, was part of the winning squad last year.
Los Blancos will face Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool on Saturday, when they could claim their fourth Champions League trophy in five years.
Here is Zidane's UCL final squad in full:
Goalkeepers: Keylor Navas, Kiko Casilla, Luca Zidane
Defenders: Dani Carvajal, Jesus Vallejo, Sergio Ramos, Raphael Varane, Nacho, Marcelo, Theo Hernandez, Achraf Hakimi
Midfielders: Toni Kroos, Luka Modric, Casemiro, Marcos Llorente, Marco Asensio, Isco, Mateo Kovacic, Dani Ceballos
Forwards: Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema, Gareth Bale, Lucas Vazquez, Borja Mayoral
