The hosts struggled at home in Europe last season but won all three of their group-stage matches at Wembley in the 2017/18 Champions League campaign.
They finished the group stage in first spot ahead of Real Madrid with 16 points – more than any other side in Europe.
Juventus, who have a lot more experience in their squad, looked like they would run away with the first leg after leading 2-0 just nine minutes into the game. However, Spurs managed to claim a highly creditable 2-2 draw following a superb fight-back, and enter the game with a crucial away-goal advantage.
This means a 0-0 or 1-1 draw would send Spurs to the quarter-finals, while a 2-2 stalemate would result in extra-time. Only a higher-scoring draw than 2-2 or an away victory would ensure that the Bianconeri reach the last eight.
Spurs' home record against Italian sides in Europe is quite strong, with Mauricio Pochettino's side still unbeaten, having won four of their seven home clashes with Serie A sides. Juve, meanwhile, have struggled on the road against English sides, losing 12 of their 21 away trips and winning only three.
