The draw for the last eight will be held early on Friday afternoon in Nyon, Switzerland, where some of the biggest teams in world football will be anxiously awaiting their fate.
Last week, German side Borussia Dortmund did well to overcome Sevilla over two legs in the round of 16, booking their place in the quarter-finals of the competition for the first time since the 2016/17 season.
On the same night, Liverpool progressed to familiar territory after easing past RB Leipzig, while Paris Saint-Germain and Porto defeated FC Barcelona and Juventus, respectively, to advance to the next round of the competition.
Guardiola's Citizens and Zidane's Los Blancos joined the last eight on Tuesday, and the following day saw Thomas Tuchel's resurgent Chelsea and Bayern Munich complete the stage.
Fans might be eager to see Premier League leaders City draw champions Bayern in the quarter-final round, while Zidane could perhaps be looking to avoid Klopp's Liverpool.

Whatever the draw is, however, the Champions League's round of eight promises to entertain, despite Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo not featuring in this season's quarter-finals.
The draw will take place at 13:00, SA time, on Friday, and will also include the draw for the semi-finals.
