Ahead of Tottenham Hotspurs' clash with Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday night, manager Jose Mourinho has revealed he has banned his players from doing one specific thing before the match.
The Lilywhites will play away at the German giants in their final Group B match of this season's Champions League, with both teams already qualified for the next stage of the tournament.
In their first meeting, Bayern embarrassed the London club on their own turf, beating the team, then coached by Mauricio Pochettino, 7-2.
Speaking ahead of Spurs' second meeting with the Bundesliga champions, Mourinho admitted that while he has done a lot of analysis on that match, he will not let his players watch it.
"I forbid any image of it (the 7-2)," he said, according to The Guardian.
"I watched it a couple of times: me, my staff and analysts try to go through every single aspect of that, but not one single image for the boys.
"No. Not at all. We're going to focus more on us than on Bayern.
"We're going to try to develop our model of play, with different bodies, different phases, different players.
"But there is a certain way that we try to play football and try to develop our principles of play. And we're totally focused on us."
