Dortmund recently confirmed that the 15-year-old will be named in their 2020/21 Champions League team, which means he will eligible as soon as he turns 16 years old on 20 November.
If he does feature in the German club's first UCL match after his 16th birthday, Moukoko will become the youngest player ever to play in the competition on 24 November against Club Brugge, at 16 years and four days.
The current holder of the record is former Nigeria international Celestine Babayaro, who made his debut in the tournament for Anderlecht when he was just 16 years, two months and 25 days old.
Second is Olympique Lyon midfielder Rayan Cherki, who appeared in the Champions League last season for the first time at 16 years, three months and 10 days old. Alen Halilovic is third in the ranking, followed by current Leicester City star Youri Tielemans.
Moukoko has impressed throughout his youth career so far in Germany, having scored an incredible 134 goals in 86 matches for Dortmund's U17 and U19 teams.

Moukoko currently represents Germany at U20 level, and thus looks likely to ultimately choose Die Mannschaft over his country of birth on the senior stage when the time comes.
