It surprised many to see reports that the Bianconeri were chasing Arsenal midfielder Ramsey, and all was confirmed when the Italian giants officially announced the Welshman as their latest signing this week.
The 28-year-old will join the Serie A champions in July, and will reportedly earn about £250 000 (R4.5 million) a week, according to ESPN journalist Gabriele Marcotti, despite the BBC's earlier claim that he would be on £400 000 (R7.2 million) a week.
BBC reporting that Aaron Ramsey will earn £400k/week basic salary at Juventus. Been told it's actually around €7.5m net which works out to £250k/week.

As ever, can only go with what I'm told, but £250k/week sounds a hell of a lot more plausible. (If still rather high...)
This wage reported by Marcotti makes Ramsey the second highest-paid British star in Europe, behind his countryman Gareth Bale, who is believed to be earning £350 000 (R6.3 million) a week at the Santiago Bernabeu.
England captain and Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane reportedly earns £200 000 (R3.6 million) a week in London, making him third in the ranking, with Manchester City's Raheem Sterling on £180 000 (R3.3 million) a week.
