With football in Italy having been given the go-ahead to resume in the near future, it now appears that a return date has been chosen by Serie A clubs.
Sky Sports has reported that teams in the Italian top flight have had their say on when they would like league football to resume amid the coronavirus outbreak that has halted football since March.
It is claimed that 16 clubs voted for Serie A to return on 13 June, while the remaining four teams thought pushing the restart to 20 June would be more appropriate.
This comes days after it was announced the players would be allowed to go back to training on 18 May, after a medical protocol was agreed by government and the Italian Football Federation.
It is further claimed that, per protocol in Italy, if one player or member of staff tests positive for COVID-19, the whole squad will be required to go into quarantine for two weeks.
