Bianconeri manager Andrea Pirlo made four changes from the draw against Atalanta, as he recalled goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon, Alex Sandro, Aaron Ramsey and Dejan Kulusevski, who had a loan spell at Parma last season.
Parma had a wonderful chance to take the lead in the first quarter of an hour after Juraj Kucka went clear on goal at the far post from a counter-attack but his low shot from close range was saved by Buffon in a one-on-one situation.
Kulusevski broke the deadlock for the visitors in the 23rd minute with a sweet low left-footed strike into the bottom corner after a clever flick by Alvaro Morata.
Ronaldo doubled the lead for the Old Lady three minutes later with a free towering header inside the six-yard box that found the top corner, with Morata picking up another assist.
Juventus put Parma under a lot of pressure in the latter phase of the first stanza and Leonardo Bonucci should have made it 3-0 on the stroke of half-time after Weston McKennie's header fell into his path near the goals but he guided his shot wide.
Ronaldo killed the game for Bianconeri just three minutes after the break after with a left-footed strike into the bottom corner after dribbling his way on the left side of the box to complete his brace.
Matthijs De Ligt thought he had made it 4-0 for Bianconeri minutes later after firing into the roof of the net from close but the goal was disallowed after a corner swung out of play before re-entering.
Riccardo Gagliolo was unfortunate not to get a consolation goal for the hosts in the last quarter of an hour after getting on the end of a cross at the back post before seeing his effort turned away by Buffon.
Morata finally got his reward in the last five minutes with a bullet free header inside the box beyond the reach of goalkeeper Luigi Sepe as Juventus moved to within one point of leaders AC Milan, who have a game in hand, in third place.
