Juventus' got back to winning ways in Serie A after netting a late winner in the Derby della Mole on Saturday night.
Ronaldo was rested for last weekend's draw against Benevento, but returned to the line-up alongside Paulo Dybala, as Alvaro Morata dropped to the bench.
The visitors got off to the perfect start as Soualiho Meïté flick-on from a corner found an un-marked Nicolas Nkoulou who poked home from close range.
Juventus were nearly two goals behind soon after when Andrea Belotti played Simeone Zaza through on goal, but goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny produced a superb save to keep to deny the Torino forward.
The hosts, meanwhile, struggled to get any attacks going in the first half, with the likes of Dybala and Federico Chiesa trying their luck from distance.
Juventus had the ball in the back of the net in the 57th minute, with Juan Cuadrado finding the back of the net however the strike was ruled out by the Video Assistant Referee (VAR).
With 20 minutes left on the clock, Andrea Pirlo responded by introducing Alex Sandro and Weston Mckennie for Danilo and Adrien Rabiot in the hope bagging an equaliser.
The changes paid off as Mckennie got the equaliser in the 77th minute after getting on the Cuadrado's cross to fire home at the far post.
Juventus threw everything forward in search of a winning goal, and they got their winning goal in the 89th minute through Leonardo Bonucci, who nodded home from Cuadrado's cross.
