As per Sky Italia transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, Inter Milan and Dybala are nearing an agreement that will see the Argentine pull on the famous black and blue strip come the 2022/23 season.

Dybala is out of contract with the Old Lady later this month and is thus able to negotiate terms with any club he wishes, and it seems the Nerazzurri are frontrunners to land the playmaker's signature.

According to the same report, the 2009/10 treble winners have tabled a four-year deal that will see the 29-year-old earn between €5 million (R81 million) and €5.5 million (R89 million) annually should he decide to play his football at the San Siro next season.

This offer is believed to be lower than what Dybala's representatives see as fair compensation for the forward, but the two parties are set to meet again in the near future to finalise the figures for a wage deal that satisfies everybody.

Should the deal be successful, the Laguna Larga native is set to continue his 10-year stay in the Italian top flight, having started his Serie A career with Palermo in 2012, and will join a list of illustrious names who have played for both Inter and Juve.

Since his arrival in Italy, Dybala has won all there is to win domestically in the southern European state. During his time at the Allianz Stadium, he has won the Scudetto five times, the Coppa Italia four times and the Supercoppa Italiana on three occasions.

Given that Inter narrowly lost out on retaining their Serie A title last season, perhaps the acquisition of Dybala will help them regain it from city rivals AC Milan.
