After Andrea Pirlo took over as Juventus manager recently, the Serie A giants have now announced the signing of Weston McKennie.

Juve have confirmed the signing of USA international McKennie on his 22nd birthday, with the midfielder joining the club on an initial loan deal from Schalke.
The agreement includes an option to sign the midfielder permanently after he impressed in the Bundesliga over the past three campaigns.

He joined Schalke's academy in 2017, and quickly became a first-team regular for the Royal Blues.
McKennie made 75 appearances for the Bundesliga side, and also became a regular for the USA national team.

He is Pirlo's first signing, although Juventus had already secured the signatures of Arthur from FC Barcelona and Felix Correia from Manchester City's U23 side before the 41-year-old was appointed to the club's helm.
