Former FIFA World Player of the Year Luis Figo spoke exclusively to Soccer Laduma and explained why his former teammate Mario Balotelli is running out of time to fulfil his potential.

After featuring for FC Barcelona and Real Madrid, Figo spent the latter part of his career with Inter Milan, where he played alongside the controversial striker, who was a teenager back then.
"I did work and play with him at Inter and he has shown promise," he told Rossella Marrai-Ricco and David Kappel.
"He has had his chances but has taken his time.
"He is a tremendous talent but, as the seasons go by and he gets older, there is less time for him to set the record straight."
Balotelli has struggled to confirm first-team status at any of the clubs he has played for in recent years.
After winning six trophies with Inter and three with Manchester City, the forward has failed to shine at AC Milan and Liverpool.
