The club's website states that the shirt "features a reinterpretation of the club's classic black and white stripes, celebrating 10 years at Allianz Stadium and uniting the community with a subtle reference to his home.
"The new collar, with an integrated breathable system, features the words '10 YEARS AT HOME' and shows the famous elements of the red, white and green flag, a further reminder of our stadium."
The new home jersey will be debuted by Juventus in their Coppa Italia final clash against Atalanta on Wednesday night, while the Old Lady will also be donning it in their final Serie A match of the season against Bologna this coming weekend.
Ronaldo is among those who feature in the release pictures on Juve's website, along with Paulo Dybala, whose future in Italy has also appeared uncertain in recent months.
