The Rossoneri enjoyed a successful 2020/21 domestic campaign, finishing second behind city rivals Inter Milan in Serie A to cement a place in next season's UEFA Champions League.
As a result, Milan are expected to look to bring in new faces in the coming transfer window, and have reportedly identified a number of Los Blancos players they would be interested in.
Brahim Diaz spent the past season on loan at the Italian side and could be tied down to a new loan deal should the new manager of his parent club, Carlo Ancelotti, not have the young forward in his plans.
Diaz, however, is not the only Real-owned player on Milan's shortlist, with Spanish publication AS reporting that Dani Ceballos is also of interest to Stefano Pioli.
The midfielder has returned to Real following two seasons on loan at Arsenal in the Premier League, where things did not turn out well for the 24-year-old.
Serbia international Luka Jovic is another on Pioli's radar, as is out-of-favour striker Mariano Diaz, who could provide the Serie A giants with sufficient back-up for the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Rafael Leao up front.

The Rossoneri could also potentially move for right-back Alvaro Odriozola, with Portuguese fullback Diogo Dalot likely to return to Manchester United in the coming weeks.
