The Spanish giants beat Getafe 2-0 away from home in a league match at the start of February.
During the encounter, people online alleged that the Los Blancos No. 5 called the Manchester United loanee a "rapist" after tackling the 22-year-old.
It was later reported that LALIGA launched an investigation into the matter, while rumours suggested that Bellingham could have been set to face a lengthy ban if found guilty.
On Thursday, however, Spanish journalist Arancha Rodriguez said the case has been closed as the Royal Spanish Football Federation could not determine whether or not the former Borussia Dortmund midfielder did use the slur.
Bellingham will still be absent for Real's next two league games after he was shown a red card in his team's 2-2 draw with Valencia at the Mestalla Stadium last weekend.
The 20-year-old, who has scored 20 goals across all competitions so far this season, thought he had scored a late winner only to discover the match official had blown the whistle seconds prior.

An incensed Bellingham responded angrily to the referee's decision to call time when Los Blancos were in the middle of an attacking move, resulting in his sending-off and subsequent suspension.
