According to Mundo Deportivo, Paolo Maldini will meet with Real chiefs to discuss the potential transfers.
Milan welcomed back star striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic in January and had promising spells last season, but their inconsistency meant that they had to settle for sixth place in the end.
With fierce rivals Inter Milan having made big strides under Antonio Conte, Milan are hopeful they can secure the signatures of Los Blancos players Oscar Rodriguez, Luka Jovic and Brahim Diaz.
Oscar is a high priority for Stefano Pioli's side, while they are reportedly hopeful of getting former Manchester City winger Diaz on loan with an option to buy.
The attacking midfielder is looking to get more game time under his belt, and is down the pecking order with some significant talent ahead of him at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Oscar, on the other hand, had a decent loan spell with Leganes in the past two seasons, starring with nine goals and two assists in the 2019/20 campaign, which was impressive in a team that was ultimately relegated.

Jovic arrived in Spain with high hopes, but has failed to fire since joining the LaLiga giants. The Serbian joined Real for a whopping €65 million (R1.2 billion), but has just two goals and two assists in all competitions, and only eight of his 26 appearances were starts.
