One player from the club's Castilla team and three players from the C side have given statements to the Civil Guard after allegedly being involved in the sharing of a video containing graphic material without consent.
El Confidencial reported that the mother of a 16-year-old girl escalated the matter to authorities, leading to the arrests of the four youth players.
It is said they were later released after giving statements to police.
Los Blancos, meanwhile, confirmed that "appropriate measures" would be taken when they have more knowledge of what occurred.
"Real Madrid wishes to announce that it has learned that a Castilla player and three Real Madrid C players have made statements to the Civil Guard in relation to a complaint about the alleged broadcasting of a private video via WhatsApp," they said via a statement on their website.
