The Frenchman is currently embroiled in a contract stand-off with Paris Saint-Germain, with the 24-year-old looking set for a controversial exit from the Parc des Princes either in this transfer window or next year.
The forward's contract in Paris ends in June 2024, and with the forward having already rebuffed a record €700 million (R14 billion) offer from Saudi Arabia's Al Hilal while Premier League clubs are also said to be keen on his signature, Los Blancos remain the favourites to land the five-time Ligue 1 Golden Boot winner's signature.
Brazilian duo Vinicius Junior and Eder Militao now appear to be leading the charge for Los Blancos to sign the world-class attacker, with the pair recently caught on camera telling Real international scout Juni Calafat to bring the Bondy native to the Santiago Bernabeu.
"We hope he will come," Vinicius started off by saying, as per Goal. The Selecao players then tell the esteemed recruiter: "Juni, you have to sign Mbappe. You are spending all our money in Ibiza. We'll no longer have enough for Mbappe."
Vinicius then tells Militao: "Mili, tell Juni to sign Mbappe."
The defender then responds by saying: "Juni, sign Mbappe."
Les Parisiens are believed to be keen to complete a deal for Mbappe as soon as this off-season as they do not want to lose him for free at the end of the next campaign, but so far, no European side has presented a suitable offer for the player.
