Los Blancos secured their 34th league title and first since 2017, after finishing the campaign five points above the Catalan giants.
There were a couple standout performers for Zinedine Zidane's men, but 2019/20 Real Madrid Mahou Cinco Estrellas was awarded to top scorer Karim Benzema.
The Frenchman finished the LaLiga season with 21 goals and eight assists, while he missed out on the Golden Boot to Barcelona's Lionel Messi, who bagged 25 goals.

"I'm proud to receive this trophy because it's from the fans and that makes it an important one for me," Benzema told the club's official website.
"I'm really happy and it drives me on to do more out on the pitch. It was a different LaLiga season and that applies to before things happened, during it and at the end. Coronavirus made it the toughest season yet, but we've worked really hard.
"I see the team as being in good shape. We're working hard and have got a few days ahead of us to keep that up and continue on in the same vein as we did in LaLiga. The Champions League is up next, we know we've got an important game and that it's one we need to win. I'm feeling really good and we're going to prepare for the Manchester City game as best we can".
