Following in the footsteps of their fierce rivals FC Barcelona, Real Madrid have announced that players and coaches have agreed to take pay cuts while the season remains suspended.
Football across Europe and around the world has been suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic, which has hit parts of Europe quite badly.
While there has been no return date for Spanish football, football and basketball players have all agreed to reduce their wages.
