Garcia is a product of Real's academy and has already played for the senior team, appearing in a Copa del Rey clash against UD Melilla in 2018, during which he picked up an assist.
The Spaniard impressed for the club's Castilla side before joining Rayo in 2020, initially on a loan deal that became permanent a year later, and now leaves the club after playing 122 games.
This past season in LaLiga, Garcia stood out as Rayo finished in 11th place on the table, with the fullback playing all 38 league matches and contributing to five goals.
Garcia has returned to Real on four-year deal after the club reportedly paid €5 million (R100 million) to re-sign him, with Jude Bellingham's impending arrival from Borussia Dortmund confirmed by the German giants earlier this week.
