Just days after Kane admitted he could leave boyhood club Tottenham Hotspur in the near future, the two-time Premier League Golden Boot winner was linked with a sensational move to Los Blancos by Spanish publication Sport.
It is claimed that Real boss Zinedine Zidane has prioritised the signing of the Spurs and England skipper in a bid to replace Serbia international Luka Jovic, who has failed to impress following his arrival from Eintracht Frankfurt.

Should Kane make the move to Madrid, he would join an illustrious list of players from England to have played for the club, which includes 2001 Ballon d'Or winner Michael Owen and legendary midfielder David Beckham.
The list also includes former England international Laurie Cunningham, who was the first player from the British island to turn out for Real, and former Liverpool and Manchester City winger Steve McManaman, who won two UEFA Champions League titles with the Spanish giants.

Current Middlesbrough manager Jonathan Woodgate, who also turned out for Spurs during his career, took to the Santiago Bernabeu pitch between 2004 and 2006, but managed just 14 appearances during an injury-ravaged spell with club.
