The 31-year-old's broken relationship with his French manager has been well documented in recent months, despite Zidane often insisting there are no issues between them.
His non-selections of late seem to suggest Bale is not in Zidane's plans in Spain, with the former Tottenham Hotspur man having played just twice out of a possible 10 matches since football returned.
The Welshman was once again an unused substitute in Real's 2-1 win over Villarreal on Thursday, a victory that secured the club's 34th LaLiga title, and Bale's second.
During the trophy celebrations, and while Zidane was being tossed in the air by his players, the former Premier League winger was seen hanging back, and the Daily Star has reported that his subdued behaviour angered supporters on social media.

This comes just days after Bale infuriated fans by pretending to sleep on Los Blancos' bench, to which Zidane responded by saying he has not got a problem with the club's former record signing.
