Following his goal in Real Madrid's emphatic 5-0 win over Leganes on Wednesday night, captain Sergio Ramos has now joined FC Barcelona's Lionel Messi in an exclusive goalscorers club.

In what was arguably their most convincing performance of the 2019/20 season so far, Los Blancos thumped minnows Leganes with a terrific footballing display, and Ramos was among the goals.
The 33-year-old converted a penalty in the 24th minute to make the score 3-0, and in doing so became only the second player, behind Messi, to reach an impressive LaLiga milestone.

Ramos, like his Barcelona rival, has now scored in sixteen consecutive seasons in the Spanish top flight, a run that dates back to his time as a Sevilla player.
