Andres Iniesta, who announced his departure from the Catalan giants on Friday, and Messi extended their joint-club record after claiming their 32nd title in Blaugrana colours.
So far, the duo have won all their trophies together, namely: nine LaLiga titles, seven Spanish Super Cups, six Copa del Reys, four UEFA Champions Leagues, three UEFA Super Cups and three FIFA Club World Cups.
"To finish the season with these feelings before the World Cup and with another adventure ahead, I wish it were eternal. I would like this to never end, but everything has its beginning and its end," Iniesta told Marca.
The LaLiga trophy will be Iniesta's last in Barca colours after he announced he will leave the club at the end of the current campaign, with reports suggesting the 33-year-old will join a club in China.
