Not only did he get on the score-sheet with his tenth goal of the MLS campaign, but he picked up the assists for all the other five goals on the night.

In doing so, Messi became the first player in MLS history to record five assists in one game and six goal contributions in one game.

The Argentine Superstar set another record for Inter Miami by becoming the first player in franchise history to record ten goals and ten assists in one campaign.

While Messi did grab the headlines, Luis Suarez also deserves some mention after bagging a second-half hat-trick on the day.

Inter now sit top of the Eastern Conference standings, four points ahead of FC Cincinnati.'
