The Argentine has got the better of many shot-stoppers throughout his career, but the 30-year-old has been kept out by a determined keeper between the sticks from time to time.
In a recent interview, Messi was asked to name the best goalkeeper he has ever faced, but the Blaugrana forward could not pick between a Real Madrid, Juventus and Bayern Munich legend.
"The best goalkeeper? I played against many, but to choose one specifically I would say (Gianluigi) Buffon, and (Manuel) Neuer...I don't know, there's so many but they are two of the best," he told FIFA.
"Also (Iker) Casillas."
Messi will be in action against Israel for Argentina in an international friendly this coming weekend, ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
