According to The Athletic, left-back Brandon Williams is in advanced discussions to join EFL Championship side Ipswich Town on loan for the 2023/24 campaign.
The 22-year-old has not featured for United so far this season, while he made just one single appearance across all competitions in the previous term.
Williams made his debut for the club in 2019 under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who went on to use him another 49 times during his spell in charge at Old Trafford.
However, the defender has found game time difficult to come by under current head coach Erik ten Hag as he is considered surplus to requirements by the Dutchman.

Should he depart on loan, Williams will become the ninth player to leave the club in this transfer window following the free-agent departures of Phil Jones, Axel Tuanzebe and David de Gea, and the sales of Fred, Anthony Elanga, Matej Kovar, Alex Telles and Zidane Iqbal.
